1. Purpose<\/span><\/h2>

The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “GTCS”) is to define the terms and conditions under which Manon Chapin – Naturopathe, auto-entrepreneur(e) registered under SIRET number 842 736 902 00029<\/span>, whose registered office is located at 24 Avenue de Cugnaux, Villeneuve Tolosane, offers for sale e-learning courses to teach the basics of sports naturopathy (hereinafter “the programs”).<\/p>

All orders placed imply the customer’s unreserved acceptance of these GTC.<\/p>

2. Program description<\/span><\/h2>

The “Boost your sports performance” program consists of a 6-month online course.<\/span>accessible via a digital platform. It has been designed to accompany the transmission of naturopathy and self-hypnosis techniques. <\/span><\/p>

It includes :<\/p>

  • video and audio modules,<\/li>
  • downloadable media,<\/li>
  • practical exercises,<\/li>
  • examples of testimonials.<\/li><\/ul>

    The precise content of the program is described on the corresponding sales page.<\/p>

    3. Access to training<\/span><\/h2>

    Access to the Program is strictly personal and non-transferable.The customer undertakes not to share his login details or the contents of the Program with third parties.<\/p>

    Access is granted for 6 months<\/span> from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.<\/p>

    4. Rates and payment terms<\/span><\/h2>

    Prices are quoted in euros (\u20ac)<\/span> including all taxes, unless otherwise stated.<\/p>

    Payment is by :<\/p>

    • by Stripe \/ PayPal for secure payment, or<\/li>
    • by any other means of payment offered on the site.<\/li><\/ul>

      The order is not considered final until payment has been received.<\/p>

      5. Right of withdrawal<\/span><\/h2>

      In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code<\/span>, the right of withdrawal does not<\/span> apply to digital content supplied on an intangible medium and whose execution has begun after prior agreement by the consumer.<\/p>

      By validating his\/her order and immediately accessing the Program, the customer expressly waives his\/her right of withdrawal<\/span>.<\/p>

      6. Cancellation and refund policy<\/span><\/h2>

      No refunds will be made after access to the Program, except in the case of duly justified force majeure.
      All requests must be made in writing to: manon.chapin@gmail.com<\/p>

      7. Intellectual property<\/span><\/h2>

      The entire content of the Program (texts, videos, media, exercises, trademarks, logos, etc.) is protected by intellectual property law<\/span>.Any reproduction, distribution or sharing, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of the author, is strictly prohibited.<\/p>

      8. Liability<\/span><\/h2>

      The Program is intended for educational<\/span> purposes.It does not constitute medical treatment, therapy or training leading to a diploma.The trainer cannot be held responsible for any misuse of the information provided or for the results obtained.<\/p>

      9. Personal data protection<\/span><\/h2>

      Personal data collected at the time of ordering are processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD)<\/span>.They are used solely for administrative management, billing and communication related to the Program.<\/p>

      Customers may exercise their rights of access, rectification or deletion at any time by sending an e-mail to manon.chapin@gmail.com.<\/p>

      12. Contraindications and liability<\/h2>

      The “Boost your sports performance” program is part of a program to improve your well-being and lifestyle.<\/p>

      It is not a substitute for medical, psychological or psychiatric care. It does not authorize the discontinuation of any medical treatment. <\/span><\/p>

      Certain situations require special precautions or make the practice of naturopathy unsuitable, particularly in the case of serious illness, treatment or any other symptoms requiring medical follow-up. If you have any doubts about one or more symptoms, make an appointment with your doctor.<\/p>

      The customer acknowledges that he\/she is fit to practice naturopathy and undertakes to follow and respect the advice of his\/her doctor, psychologist or psychiatrist<\/span>.<\/p>

      The practitioner cannot be held responsible for the inappropriate or unsupervised use of naturopathic techniques.<\/p>

      13. Acceptance of T&Cs<\/span><\/h2>
