1. Purpose
The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “GTCS”) is to define the terms and conditions under which Manon Chapin – Naturopathe, auto-entrepreneur(e) registered under SIRET number 842 736 902 00029, whose registered office is located at 24 Avenue de Cugnaux, Villeneuve Tolosane, offers for sale e-learning courses to teach the basics of sports naturopathy (hereinafter “the programs”).
All orders placed imply the customer’s unreserved acceptance of these GTC.
2. Program description
The “Boost your sports performance” program consists of a 6-month online course.accessible via a digital platform. It has been designed to accompany the transmission of naturopathy and self-hypnosis techniques.
It includes :
- video and audio modules,
- downloadable media,
- practical exercises,
- examples of testimonials.
The precise content of the program is described on the corresponding sales page.
3. Access to training
Access to the Program is strictly personal and non-transferable.
The customer undertakes not to share his login details or the contents of the Program with third parties.
Access is granted for 6 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
4. Rates and payment terms
Prices are quoted in euros (€) including all taxes, unless otherwise stated.
Payment is by :
- by Stripe / PayPal for secure payment, or
- by any other means of payment offered on the site.
The order is not considered final until payment has been received.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied on an intangible medium and whose execution has begun after prior agreement by the consumer.
By validating his/her order and immediately accessing the Program, the customer expressly waives his/her right of withdrawal.
6. Cancellation and refund policy
No refunds will be made after access to the Program, except in the case of duly justified force majeure.

7. Intellectual property
The entire content of the Program (texts, videos, media, exercises, trademarks, logos, etc.) is protected by intellectual property law.
Any reproduction, distribution or sharing, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of the author, is strictly prohibited.
8. Liability
The Program is intended for educational purposes.
It does not constitute medical treatment, therapy or training leading to a diploma.
The trainer cannot be held responsible for any misuse of the information provided or for the results obtained.
9. Personal data protection
Personal data collected at the time of ordering are processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD).
They are used solely for administrative management, billing and communication related to the Program.

11. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These GCS are governed by French law.
Any dispute arising from their interpretation or execution shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
12. Contraindications and liability
The “Boost your sports performance” program is part of a program to improve your well-being and lifestyle.
It is not a substitute for medical, psychological or psychiatric care. It does not authorize the discontinuation of any medical treatment.
Certain situations require special precautions or make the practice of naturopathy unsuitable, particularly in the case of serious illness, treatment or any other symptoms requiring medical follow-up. If you have any doubts about one or more symptoms, make an appointment with your doctor.
The customer acknowledges that he/she is fit to practice naturopathy and undertakes to follow and respect the advice of his/her doctor, psychologist or psychiatrist.
The practitioner cannot be held responsible for the inappropriate or unsupervised use of naturopathic techniques.
13. Acceptance of T&Cs
By validating the purchase of the online program, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these terms and conditions without reservation.
